Did you see the FB Live video all about websites??

When it comes to websites, not all are equal. We love Showit themes because they are completely customizable and, oh ya, they are made for photographers. While a lot of businesses have been using Showit lately, Showit themes were originally created for photographers to brilliantly show off their stunning portfolio while still loading quickly... and most importantly, not needing any code to make the site beautiful. 

Each site still has to be customized for each client and it is not as easy to learn as you may think. You will spend hours and hours trying to figure out the little things. However, it is still one of the best design sites for custom sites for artists because everything can be changed to express your style and brand.

I want to show you a few of the sites that you can purchase under $250 that still require you to do a lot of work and customization, but that will get you going in the right direction.

https://ellicott.showit.site/ - this website is beautiful, but they don’t have a design for your blog, and it is not intuitive to learn.  There are a few changes that can be made to this to really make it great like making sure you can get back to the menu on each of these sections.

http://golivealiveandfree.showit.site/#title-canvas - here is another one that I thought I would love, but there just is not enough information on here to help people book. I do like the style of this one, but why pay for Showit every year to have a pretty site that doesn’t help you get bookings? I doesn’t make sense to me.

Let’s talk about the site I do think you should use:

Here are 4 designs under $250 I suggest using if you want to go it alone:

https://eden-lalune.showit.site/ - This one has the entire site built out, I would place press and reviews on the home page, but otherwise you could just change out the photos and copy with this site and be good to go. ($200)

http://laguna.showit.site/ - It’s a little clunky, but if you want something colorful, this one is pretty great for the price. ($249)

http://manda.showit.site/ - for something more modern, this one is pretty fun. Again, there are some issue with it for conversions, like the pop up is too low when it comes up and there is content that is missing that needs to be on the home page to maximize your bookings and raise your google ranking. ($247)

http://zion.showit.site/ - Hers one that I really love if you want a softer look. You can always change out the graphics and colors to match your brand, but this one is pretty great. Again, there are a few things I would add to the home page but overall it is pretty great just as it is. ($247)
